CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
If an order is canceled more than 5 days after placement, we must withhold 10% of the order's value to cover materials and labor already invested in your order. This policy ensures fair compensation for the work and resources dedicated to crafting your item.
Our items are handmade, hand-casted, and hand-finished using traditional methods, which may result in slight variations or marks on the metal surface that weren't visible in product photographs. These unique characteristics are a testament to the artisanal nature of our work and are not grounds for a refund or replacement. We meticulously ensure that every product leaving our workshop meets the highest quality standards. When it comes to our Ember Dice, we meticulously ensure that every piece of your dice set is included in your order. Due to our rigorous quality control process, any claims stating that specific dice were missing from your order will not warrant a replacement. We take great pride in our attention to detail and accuracy in fulfilling orders to guarantee your satisfaction. We encourage you to carefully check your package upon receipt. RING SIZE EXCHANGES
We understand that mistakes happen when selecting ring sizes. If you purchase a ring in the wrong size, we offer a one-time replacement policy. To be eligible, you must cover the shipping expenses for returning the item to us, as well as any import charges that may apply. This exchange request must be made within 15 days of receiving your initial order. Please ensure that the ring is in its original, unworn condition for the exchange to be processed. Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase while maintaining fair and clear policies. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
FULFILLMENT TIME
We do not keep stock. All our pieces are made to order. Consequently, we require 2 to 3 weeks to create and send your order. While this may initially seem lengthy, please remember that these are handmade items crafted in an artist's studio, not a factory. Each piece demands significant skill, precision, and attention to detail to ensure it is worthy of reaching your hands. We appreciate your patience and understanding, as this process allows us to maintain the highest quality standards and deliver truly unique, artisanal products.
